With midnight he has developed his much-adored acoustic-pop sound into something altogether more ambitious, yet even more affecting. Drawing upon inspiration from a disparate range of influences including Death Cab For Cutie, Coldplay and Bon Iver, the album expands Lewis Watsons musical world far beyond his debut. It also features a duet with Lucy Rose on the achingly emotional slumber.The first taste of midnight comes later this month with seven intimate performances in the UK, ahead of a larger headline tour in March in support of the album, which includes a date at Londons Tabernacle on March 23rd, the day before the albums release.
